1. Free Tools

Our basic email extraction tool is free to use. As such, no refund is applicable for services that were accessed for free.

2. Paid Services & Credit Purchases

When you purchase credits for bulk email extraction, verification, or sending:

• Refunds are only eligible if the credits were unused within 7 days of purchase.
• Partial refunds are not available for partially used credit packages.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3. Technical Issues

If a technical problem on our platform causes your purchased credits to be consumed without producing valid or expected results:

• Please contact our support team at support@emailextractchecker.com within 72 hours of the issue.
• We may offer to restore your credits or provide a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.

4. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• You must provide a valid order number and description of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Your registered email address
• Date and time of purchase
• Order reference number
• Reason for the refund

We aim to respond within 2–5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the permanent suspension of your account and loss of any remaining credits.
